One of the major hurdles that people with Depression face is the fact that there are a lot of people around them but none whom they can trust or talk to.
They need good friends to whom they can narrate their stories, talk about their worries and what hurts them so much. Talking to someone can help relieve their mental stress.
But they often find themselves being judged by others for opening up. As a result they get pushed further into their shells.
