Writing What Matters

This post is in response to :

Monochrome Monday Challenge IX

Writing Every Week – # week 4

We are in charge of writing our own lives, our own destiny.

Just have a look:

What we see here is a half piece of lemon rotting away and being hugged by fruit flies.

But it’s not just that.

This is what happens to our lives if we don’t make it meaningful.

Life is the most beautiful gift ever. If we don’t make good use of it then it’s as good as a lemon rotting away.

Just ask yourself:

How much time did I waste today?

How many people have I helped today?

How much did I strive to succeed?

Am I really working hard?

Am I making good use of my resources?

Oh, there’s so many questions we need to ask ourselves, to make sure that we are keeping our lives from rotting away.

So starting today, starting now make sure you are writing a good life.

Leave behind a legacy that the coming generations would want to embrace and be proud of.

And no matter what keep writing a life worth living.
