This post is in response to Reena’s Exploration Challenge # Week 55. This weeks challenge deals with Metaphors / Isomorphism. I would like to thank her for this concept.

A hot summer afternoon or a quick jog in the park, both leave us thirsty. This feeling is naturally overcome by drinking fluids.
But what about the other forms of thirst?
Thirst for money.
Thirst for fame.
Thirst for success.
Thirst for love.
Thirst for revenge.
Humans naturally crave for more. More than what they have. More than what others have. More than what is needed. More than that which is permissible.
This thirst for more lands many people into the wrong world.
There is a very thin line between thirst and greed. Once it is crossed there’s no going back.

Thanks for joining in! The word we use (thirst or greed) can drive our behavior. Thirst ends at a point, whereas greed does not. Brilliant choice of words…
